1950-1955: commercial aviation resumed its activities after 6 years of conflict. We now come to admire the new metal birds, magnificent, shining in the spotlight or in the sun. Obviously only a few privileged few could afford the ticket, but we could dream! When I draw these scenes, it is for me a way of traveling in time, unlike those who claim that it is impossible.
